Quality Assessment Portal

All of our drylining packages come with a free ‘optional’ extra where we document and assess every project that we work on.  We offer every one of our clients unrestricted access to a new online portal to view all of our photography and documentation that we have for every unit. Should any problems arise in the future within a certain area; simply open the portal and check what is inside the wall or ceiling causing the issue. This service is free of charge and log in details are provided to every site manager to privately view their own developments at the start of each project.

Free Pre-plaster & Air Test Snags

All of our sites are subject to our free Pre-plaster and air test snagging service. Before building control is asked to sign off any work, our NHBC trained operatives will ensure each unit is fully compliant and made to a good standard. Should we find any defects or points of note, we inform the site team and also document these findings on our site portal for future references. Helping you keep RI’s down and quality high.

Site Welfare Contribution

A clean site is a happy site. We offer a monthly contribution towards site welfare, maintaining standards of quality, hygiene and overall presentation of the site.
